 Will my
order and/or private information be secure when I place an
order?
All orders
are securely processed by PayPal. Either your Paypal account
or a major credit card can be used when placing your order. A
PayPal account is not necessary for you to make a purchase, however it will still be processed through them.
How long
does it take for my item to ship?
Because
every one of our products are handmade to order, please
allow typically 4 to 6 weeks for them to be crafted, depending
on our current workload. You will receive an email confirmation once
your order is received as well as status updates.
You will also be notified once the item has been
completed and is shipped. Please contact us directly if you
need the item by a specific date.

 What
type of shipping options do you offer?
We take
extreme care while crafting our items and expect the same
care from those who will be delivering your order to you.
All orders are shipped via UPS, and orders over $250.00 may be shipped
"Signature Required" to ensure that you receive them.
Can I
return or exchange my item if there is something wrong with
it?
All
items are insured through UPS, so any damage that occurs
during shipping will be covered. All items are
handcrafted and inspected prior to shipping to ensure
there are no problems. Please contact us directly at 586-298-1080 if you
encounter an issue with your item. Your complete
satisfaction is very important to us, however since they are crafted to order, they are only returnable if there is a defect or damage.
Also please
keep in mind that although we do our best to ensure
consistent grain patterns throughout each piece, wood is a
natural element that possesses unique and varying
characteristics. These simply add character to each piece.
Care and Maintainance Our "final" finish is a hand applied, 100% pure wax which will normally
require only dusting or wiping with a soft cloth. Never use commercial glass cleaners (ex: Windex) or spray cleaners/polishes (ex: Pledge) as these will remove the wax. If your piece is
damaged or in need of finish repair, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.
